[triangle-zpug] Camp 5 related

1) We have a couple of folks from Europe signed up for Camp 5 already. 
One of them hopped on #trizpug IRC this morning and made a shout out. 
There were a couple of people logged in but nobody answered him, so he 
logged out. The more people camped on IRC, the more chance a guest will 
have someone to interact with. It's a numbers game.

2) Thanks to Mark Biggers, Camp 5 was plugged in the IEEE Triangle Area 
Career Development Newsletter this week.
