It's fairly simple and fun. Just click on the "userPreference" link in the 
upper right corner and fill in your account information. Then use the row of 
icons in the upper right corner of the screen to select the action you wish 
to take. Anyone can edit the page and add or modify content. Click on the far 
right question mark icon for instructions on how to write Wiki markup.
