Try TPG ADSL Internet - $26.95 per month plus 15 cents per MB 
download (www.tpg.com.au) . That is what my site is running on.

You have to buy the usual ADSL modem, unless you have your own of 

They go via Telstra's ADSL gateway, which used to be really crappy. 
However, in the past month their performance has been half-decent.

Netspace's ADSL is better but costs more, as you are paying for 
download traffic even if you do not use it. With TPG, you only pay 
for what you actually use.
