[PERCEPS] synopsis

as you might remember, I started the synopsis project
in the beginning of the year. The aim was (and is) to
produce a document generator with pluggable parsers
and pluggable formatters.

I'v now started to work on the C++ parser (I'm using
openC++ as a parser front end) and I'm getting first
results. Here are two links to generated output from

IDL:

there is lots of work to be done, but the results look
