It depends on the exact model you wish to implement. If you want a
spherical cavity with a repulsive potential of finite range, use an
InfiniteUniverse with a potential representing the wall of the
cavity. You can use the ElectricField force field example as a
starting point.
If you want a hard wall, you will have to write a new MD integrator
that implements the boundary conditions of your universe in its
equations of motion.
