[MMTK] MMTK 2.5.22

A new development release of MMTK is available for download. The main  
news is an improved build and install procedure for Windows (requires  
ScientificPython 2.7.8 or later). There are also some bug fixes and  
minor improvements.

The source code distribution and a binary installer for Windows are  
available from the download site. The Windows installer requires  
ScientificPython 2.7.8, also downloadable as a Windows installer from  
the ScientificPython download site.
