[MMTK] MMTK 2.5.21

[Konrad Hinsen]

A new development release of MMTK is available for download. The main  
new features concern working with crystallographic structures. The  
new PDBMoleculeFactory class permits the simple construction of a  
universe that contains exactly the atoms represented in a PDB file.  
The class PDBConfiguration now stores information about the unit cell  
and crystallographic symmetry operations. There are also other minor  
improvements and bug fixes.
