[MMTK] MMTK 2.5.20 and 2.4.10

A new development release of MMTK is available for download. The  
major new features concern simulations in crystal environments. In  
particular, non-orthogonal periodic universes are now available  
(though performance of energy evaluations is poor at the moment).  
NumPy compatibility has improved considerably, and there is the usual  
load of bug fixes.

A new stable release of MMTK is also available now. This is a bug fix  
release. The most important bugs that were fixed concern multi- 
threaded energy evaluation (which used to work only up to two  
threads) and DNA/RNA simulations (the Amber charges were wrong).  
These bugs are also fixed in the development release, of course.
