[MMTK] MMTK 2.4.9 and 2.5.18

In 2.4.8/2.5.17, there were still compilation issues with the old  
CLAPACK routines on some Linux systems. These two releases provide a  
definite solution: the CLAPACK code is gone. Newer CLAPACK3 routines  
from Numeric/NumPy are used instead. They are also faster, but need  
more working memory.
