Import error: cannot import name delta

In the MMTK file Collections.py in the function
centerandMomentofInertia(self, conf =None)

When checking the module reference I don't see anything indicating that
"delta" is a member of Scientific.Geometry. Upon trying a few things to
circumvent the error I only end up with more errors. My version of
Scientific Python is 2.4.11. Not being able to run this code will prevent
me from calculating the inertia tensor. Does anybody know a way around
this or a fix?
