I have completed 500 ps simulation of 1CF3.  Iwanted to transfer to another compter for running XMoldyn.. How to make sammler files for transfer through Cd. I tried to modify the programs in visulization modulebut without success. Then I need to catanate them in the other computer.
simply I want to divde the trajectory files and add them afterwards
