[MMTK] Metalloprotein in mmtk

Greetings.

I need to read a PDB which contains a protein
covalently linked to a metal atom (a zinc atom)
I can use the class "Proteins.Protein" because it only
reads the peptide chain (not the metals) and I can't
use  the Class "Complex" because I would lose the
covalent bonds between the zinc and the peptide chain
if somebody know how to do it I would really preciate
the help
