[MMTK] MMTK 2.5.4

A new development release of MMTK, 2.5.4, is available now at the 
standard locations. The new feature is a reorganization and extension 
of the NormalModes module. It offers energetic modes  (diagonalization 
of the potential) and Brownian modes (frictional  dynamics) as well as 
the traditional vibrational modes. There are also additional example 
scripts to illustrate the new features.

Note that the reorganization changes the calling conventions for normal 
mode routines compared to earlier releases. However, there is 
compatibility-ensuring code to ensure that existing scripts will 
continue to work. If anyone has a script that works with MMTK 2.4 but 
not with MMTK 2.5, please tell me.
