[MMTK] MMTK 2.4.1

Thanks to helpful Windows users, the latest MMTK release, 2.4.1 now compiles 
out of the box under Windows, with both Microsoft VisualStudio and MinGW. 
There is also a binary installer for Windows users. It's all on the Web site.

For non-Windows users, the only reason to update would be a bugfix in 
Dynamics.RotationRemover. This concerns users who run MD simulations of 
non-periodic systems. They are probably not numerous, because that bug has 
been around unnoticed since MMTK 2.0 at least.
