[MMTK] MMTK Windows Problems

Hello,
I have installed MMTK using MinGW32 on WinXP using the
following packages:
Python 22
MinGW-2.0.0-3
Numeric-23.0
netcdf-3.5.0
scientificPython-2.4.3
sci-netcdf-py2.2.1 

Then I tried running the protein.py example and I get
the following error:

    apply(MMTK_dynamics.integrateVV, args)
MemoryError

If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
