[MMTK] problems with molecular dynamics

Hey guys,

I am seeing some interesting problems, MMTK is core dumping in a library.

SunOS:

$ python
Python 2.1 (#1, May 22 2001, 11:19:26)
[GCC 2.95.2 19991024 (release)] on sunos5

Segmentation fault (core dumped)
