[MMTK] installing mmtk

The setup script does some test there which should not be done under
Windows.

Please try MMTK 2.2b11 or use the modified setup.py that I'll send
you in a separate mail.

Note: MMTK 2.2b11 fixes only installation problems. If you have MMTK
running, there is no need to upgrade.
