[MMTK] MMTK 2.0

[Konrad Hinsen]

I just put MMTK 2.0 (without the beta) on the Web site. Nothing
revolutionary, just minor bug fixes, so you don't need to update
unless you had a specific problem. There's also a release 2.0
of ScientificPython, with similar minor bug fixes.
