Sidechain volume overlap

Hi there,

just a brief question:

Has anybody come across a method to compute the overlap of sidechain
volumes of protein sidechains in different rotamers? I saw some ancient
Scheraga refs (unfortunately, we don't have Mol.Phys. here...) and wondered
whether somebody might have some code somewhere. If I find something, I'll
incorporate it into the MolecularSurface module.
