Error MMTK 1.1b1 solvent.py example

This is weird. I am using the same setup and it works for me.
And of course it should work,m since boundingSphere() is defined
in Collection.py.

Could it be that you have the compiled (.pyc) files of an older
MMTK version? That can happen if you install the new one on the
same directory. I suggest to remove *.pyc and try again - you
don't lose anything.
