mthemer
mthemer is a program and collection of plugins and themes to colorize your GNOME desktop. Instead of being a collection of themes itself, mthemer uses pre-existing themes and modifies their colors. So if you like theme X but you wish it came in pink, or was darker or whatever, you can so do with mthemer so long as there is a plugin available. Mthemer can also colorize your desktop, GNOME Terminal, Nautilus windows, etc.

Note that mthemer is not ready to be considered a release, but I am releasing the software because it does work and others may find it useful. And because I may never get around to making a proper release ;-).
