This is a randomised, text-based "background generator" module.
It makes use of RLG, the ReportLab Graphics package and can be
used to creates file in bitmap, PDF or SVG format.

Please read the docstring in msgbg.py about the (meta) background 
and type "python msgbg.py -h" for a list of options. Or type just 
"python msgbg.py" for a sample in PDF format.
