Papaguino
Papaguino is a Mac OS X Cocoa/Python frontend to PageCatcher (included unlicensed), a commercial RLTK extension which lets you reuse PDF documents in various ways. It's currently version 0.4 beta, but can do useful things already like splitting, merging and watermarking PDF files. Papaguino 0.4 is localized in English, German and French. 0.4 now includes RLTK, the ReportLab Toolkit.generated with HeyHeyWickie.
