People have been asking about a comprehensive feature list for HeyHeyWickie, so this is a first attempt...

• pages are stored as individual text files
• pages are formatted in ReST as defined by Docutils
• page content is "rendered" by Docutils
• links between pages are defined using EmPy notation
• pages are interpreted as EmPy templates
• pages can therefore contain arbitrary code
• pages can be exported into static HTML and PDF snapshots
• pages can use a CSS style, currently the Docutils one is used
• pages are layouted using a (still crude) style module for navigation etc.
